Children’s eyes are often screened as part of routine development checks, which is important but isn’t as detailed as an eye test by an optometrist. The sooner that children’s vision problems are found, the more effectively they can be treated.

Our opticians are professionally trained in children’s eye care. We aim to make your child feel safe and reassured, ensuring our staff are as welcoming as possible. You are invited to stay with your child at all times throughout their eye test.

We can test children at any age and would recommend testing before they start school or sooner if you have any concerns about their vision or eyes.
